We refer to the press release dated October 14, 2025 and announce that our company has now changed its registered company name from Worthington Cylinders GmbH to heiserTEC GmbH. This change only affects the company name as defined by corporate law, under which the company is listed in the Austrian commercial register.

For clarification purposes, it is expressly stated that no change of control has taken place.
The shareholder and ownership structure, including the identity of the ultimate beneficial owners, remains unchanged.
Our existing contractual obligations, business relationships, and the scope and quality of the services provided by us, heiserTEC GmbH, remain unchanged. The change of name therefore has no effect on existing contracts, ongoing business operations, our compliance status, or delivery and service processes.
