Our company has been recognized as a “Great Place to Work” 13 times. We are very happy about that! If you would also like to join one of Austria’s best employers as an apprentice, you can choose between the following apprenticeships:
You work with large machines, tools, and metals. You manufacture components, process materials, and ensure that everything fits with millimeter precision.
This is where mechanics meets electronics. You build and maintain systems, program machines, and ensure that the technology runs smoothly. Your work combines screws, cables, and software.
You will examine materials such as metals and plastics. You will check their quality, carry out tests in the laboratory, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
Every year, we take on a total of 3-5 apprentices in these apprenticeship professions. Seize this opportunity!
As an industrial clerk, you will keep track of office and organizational matters. You will handle orders, customer inquiries, and invoices, and support the company’s processes.
You are a specialist in computers, networks, and software. You set up systems, keep IT running smoothly, and are there to help colleagues when they have technical problems.

As a prospective apprentice, you probably have many questions. We will be happy to answer them all in detail during your trial day or personal interview. Here is some initial information for you:
At the beginning, all new apprentices are introduced to each other and given a tour of the company premises and all departments. This helps you get your bearings and settle in. Depending on the apprenticeship, there are then other things to do, such as being issued with work clothes and getting to know your workplace, before we gently start your induction program.
Of course not. The apprenticeship is there to teach you everything you need to know. Our learning program adapts to all apprentices and brings them to the same level of knowledge during the course of the apprenticeship. However, it is definitely an advantage if you have manual skills for commercial training in production or technological experience for office training.
The taster day offers you the opportunity to get to know the apprenticeship and the company. We look forward to your questions and interest in the apprenticeship.DScnuagedirGeibdUnzlnWirdeInamLhberufrrblh,deLehuf uneunauneFdss

Once a year before the holidays, we hold an apprentice parents’ day, to which you are welcome to attend alone or with your parents. Here you can find out everything you need to know about the company and the apprenticeships we offer. Of course, there is also the option of taster days, which we can arrange individually. Get in touch with us!
If you are doing an apprenticeship in production, you start at 6:30 a.m. with the safety briefing. Tasks are assigned according to your year of training and apprenticeship occupation, and then you carry out the agreed activities. After the lunch break (30 minutes), you continue working before tidying up and cleaning your workplace towards the end of your working day (3:15 p.m., or even 12 noon on Fridays!).
If you are doing an apprenticeship in the office, the day usually begins with processing mail (checking emails) and organizing the workday. Depending on the department, you will learn new skills and carry out the respective tasks. After the lunch break (30 minutes), you will continue working before planning and coordinating the next workday towards the end of your working hours.
We have a total of around 350 employees. The number of direct colleagues you work with will of course vary depending on the department.
If you are training to become a metal technician, mechatronics technician (both at Amstetten vocational school) or materials technician (Neunkirchen vocational school), you are required to board at the school during the first two years of your apprenticeship. From the third year onwards, you can decide for yourself whether you want to continue boarding at the school.
If you are training to become an industrial clerk (vocational school in Waldegg near Wiener Neustadt) or IT operations technician (vocational school in Pöchlarn), you will live in the boarding school for the entire duration of your vocational training.
First, you contact us (in person, by phone, by email, or via our website) and send us your application.
If you are a good fit for us as an apprentice, we will invite you to come in for a personal meeting and trial period.
You will then receive either an acceptance or rejection for the apprenticeship position.
We place great importance on good training and do our best to ensure that, after your apprenticeship, you will be a top employee and a valued team member. Naturally, we want to retain such valuable employees in the company, so it is very likely that you will be hired by the company.
We offer our employees numerous training and development opportunities. Even during your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to take additional training courses that will further enhance your qualifications.
